Return and Refund Policy

At VibranteShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already started processing your order and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Return Eligibility

You can return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items that have been installed or used

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hktongyuda22@163.com or call 15916345660 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective item).

Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We may reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories.

Refund Timing

After the inspection is complete, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

PayPal and Card Refunds

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be sent to your PayPal account. For credit/debit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card used for purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will arrange the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a prepaid return label and ship a replacement as soon as possible. Please include photos of the damage or error.
